Well, she finally made it. Cortnie is an honor graduate of Mohave High School. It was rough the last few weeks being so sick, but she was able to pull it out and get straight A's her last semester. She was so pretty and grown up in her cap and gown as she walked down the aisle with her friends. They were able to choose when the walked, with whom and where to sit. She and her friends wanted to walk very first which was great. We were right there on the aisle seat as she came by with a huge smile on her face. Of course, walking first meant that she was in the bottom ten to get her diploma. We waited forever for her name to be called. I was so proud of her for not tripping on the stairs or losing her cap. I was just so proud of her for becoming the beautiful young woman that she is. She has so much going for her and has her head on straight. It will be so hard to send another one off to college, but she can't wait to go. Thank you Cortnie for being my daughter and my friend. We both made it through - I love you!!
